About the Bali Teaching Programme:

  • We have a great range of teaching programmes in Bali, in the beautiful and popular region of Ubud.
  • You can choose to teach: Kindergarten, English, Healthcare, IT Skills or Environmental Education.

Kindergarten: Our program is set in over 15 different kindergartens in Ubud. By working with young children, you will get a taste of the real Balinese lifestyle. Through informal teaching, we aim to plant the seeds of a lifelong learning habit and attempt to make the children enthusiastic about learning English.

English: On this teaching program in the beautiful Pejeng setting, you will have the opportunity to teach children a variety of English based subjects. The week will consist of preparing lessons and teaching children at a local school. You will also be able to teach the students on your own or with other participants at the local school and experience a different lifestyle.

Healthcare*: If you are a qualified medical practitioner or looking for a career in medicine, this is the program you need to choose in this amazing location! Under this program, you will either be able to contribute to the development of health care in Ubud by working as a professional or teach basic first-aid, and methods to maintain personal hygiene to the locals. A really exciting project!

IT Skills*: Spend your time to enhance the IT skills and knowledge of high school students in Ubud and inspire them to dream beyond the horizon. Help the students with their questions and support their learning and IT training. Help them to build their careers in IT by initiating a passion to learn and aim high in life. Join the program where you would teach the students from the basics of Microsoft Office to advanced programming and academic uses of softwares.

Environmental Education*: For anyone with an interest in environmental issues, with these deep, historical and ongoing cultural ties, this project will offer the best opportunity.
