Description:

 

 Maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions:

Dishwashing, sweep and mop, wash worktables and equipment. Remove trash, polish silver, load and unload trucks, pick up deliveries of food and supplies, and assist chefs with dish-up meals as needed. Make coffee, assist with silver service inventory and work in other hotel outlets as needed.

Experience/Requirements

While performing the duties the employee is required to stand, walk talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.


These are just for tertiary students and recent tertiary graduates.
