Position: Spa-Guest Service Attendant
Department: Spa
Start Date: May - June - July
Pay Rate: $7.02 + tips (average $12)
Min. Contract Length: 12 months



Description:


Greet guests into the Spa areas, perform cashiering duties and answer questions about services offered. Assist with reservations when needed.

Essential Functions:


Display the behaviours and attitudes that support Spa mission, vision and values. Provide a friendly and professional service to all guests. Answer calls, greet guests, become knowledgable about products and services to sell them. Cook appointments, sell gift certificates confirm appointments, follow opening and closing procedures, schedule package guests and group bookings. Check emails, verify technicians lunch breaks and appointments, provide schedule information. Generate reports, assist with bookkeeping and tracking sales. Be flexible and support fellow employees in performance of their jobs.

Experience/Requirements


While performing the duties the employee is required to stand, walk talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
