POSITION DESCRIPTION AND TASKS:

SALES

Create potential client lists, cold mail potential clients, follow up, meet potential clients, call potential clients, reach sales objectives, sell tutoring packages to new and existing clients.

MARKETING

Gather content from tutors and students(interviews, written stories, pictures etc., post to social media, respond to direct messages, create SEO contact for empty web pages, write blogs. 

FUNDRAISING

Put together fundraising strategies/campaigns, contact and follow up with potential fund raisers.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

This Non-profit Foundation is associated with organizations working to help improve the success rate of underprivileged students at school and university. They are responsible for sourcing and training tutors as well as recording and monitoring the success of the programs. Their client are non-profit organization who support under privileged students. These clients hire the NGO to help their students be more successful at school and university. They are a small, new age company doing things a little differently. The team is more like a family where each and every person has a big impact on the monthly objectives. Interns will be brought into this family and made to feel like there contribution is also having a large impact on their success.

The head office is in the clouds and most staff work from home only meeting on occasion when necessary or desired. We have a daily contact through slack and weekly meetings to report progress and set further objectives. Working remotely includes working at home, visiting the field work (meeting clients, students, parents etc.) and meeting up with staff.
