Namibia Wildlife Sanctuary give new Cheetah cub a Maori name

Namibia Wildlife Sanctuary give new Cheetah cub a Maori name

Author -  International Working Holidays

Meet Aroha the Cheetah cub.

This wee cutie is the latest addition to the Namibia Wildlife Sanctuary we partner with in Africa.

The cub was named Aroha after the Maori word - which means "love" - because it captures the caring spirit of the Namibia Wildlife Sanctuary.

The sanctuary is committed to giving animals the best life it can in an environment as close to the animals natural habitat as possible. Pretty awesome, huh?

If you think caring for newborn cubs like Aroha and helping other rescued animals sounds like a dream come true, check out our volunteer program at the Namibia Wildlife Sanctuary
