Pay Rate: $11/hour
Min Contract Length: 12 months

Description:
Thorough cleaning of up to 15 guest rooms per day, and adjacent areas daily.


Essential Functions:
Removal of trash, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and washing hard floor surfaces. Reports maintenance problems and communicates guest room status of every room cleaned. Puts furniture in rooms as requested, cleans bathrooms, replaces linen and towels, and other supplies. Stock work cart, deliver ice, clean outdoor patios, order supplies and perform major house cleaning annually.

Experience/Requirements

While performing the duties the employee is required to stand, walk talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
