Find the Perfect Balance in Bali

Author -  Pops

If you need to escape from reality for a while, Bali is the perfect place. It’s beautiful beaches and spectacular natural sites, combined with the warm and welcoming Balinese people, make it the ideal place to get away.

Not to mention all there is to do there; from relaxing on idyllic beaches to rescuing sea turtles, to finding your inner zen on a yoga retreat, Bali has it all. Check out how you could spend four weeks exploring Bali.

Week One: Bali Introduction

  • Get ready for an action packed week full of exciting adventures, cultural excursions to learn about Balinese culture and getting to know the rest of the group!
  • Throughout the week, you will get to learn the basics of Balinese language, explore Ubud and its surrounding areas, learn how to do a Balinese Batik painting and finally immerse in the Balinese culture by receiving a real exposure.

Week Two: Bali Beach Holiday

  • Week two will see you relaxing on the beach, taking a leisurely bike ride around town, snorkelling in crystal blue water, shopping for authentic clothing or taking part in fun seaside activities.

Week Three: Bali Adventure

  • This action-packed week begins by visiting the site of an active volcano – Kintamani. The first activity of the week involves a bicycle tour offering you a magnificent view of Mt. Batur and the surrounding landscape and takes you through spice plantations and rice fields.
  • On the next day of the adventure, you will be spending the day at a Southern Bali beach and visiting the Turtle Conservation Village. Days 3 and 4 involve rafting down the beautiful Ayung river and a hike at sunrise up Mt. Batur.
  • The last planned activity for the week is a relaxing Balinese massage which will relieve you of any aches and pains from the active week so the only thing you take back with you are wonderful memories.

Week Four: Bali Yoga & Meditation

  • Finally, week four helps you to get rid of stress, anxiety and physical ailments by engaging in Yoga. Bali is a unique place for reflection and contemplation. People say Ubud is a sanctuary within Bali, an idyllic environment in which you can experience true tranquility.
  • Whatever your experience level with yoga and meditation, Ubud has so much to offer you, from learning some basic yoga and Bali meditation to relax your body mind and body, right through to classes for the more experienced.
  • It's the perfect to end your time in Bali; what you learn in one week you may take away from Bali and practice for the rest of your days.
