Culinary Internships Available at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana.

A once in a lifetime opportunity is on offer - interning as a cook or pastry chef at the amazing Hyatt Regency, New Orleans.

Candidates must have:
• Intermediate English
• Professional culinary experience and/or formal training
• Flexibility and enthusiasm

Participants will undergo training in the following kitchens: Duties Banquets, Garde Manger, Room Service, and the hotel’s four dining outlets. A wine program will also be offered.

Housing accommodations are acquired independently by the accommodations participant with some assistance. 4 days of FREE initial accommodation will be provided by the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.

Start Date: August-December 2016
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: Stipend Cook: $10.50/hour; Pastry: $11/hour

If you have Intermediate English skills, professional culinary experience and/or formal training and flexibility and enthusiasm then this is the opportunity of a lifetime.
