Position: Camp Ranger
Department: Cloud Camp
Start Date: April/May
Pay: $11/hour +gratuity (avg. of $15/hour)
Min Contract Length: 6 months



Description:


Ensure total guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. Perform basic housekeeping, landscaping and activity duties and project a professional image, in line with standards.

Essential Functions:


Smile and welcome guests, escort them to cabins and other areas of camp, while acquainting them to the property and share details of facilities, history and amenities. Handle luggage, deliver supplies, assist with general landscape duties assist with display and organisation of activities and complete tasks assigned by the general manager. Ensure appropriate follow through on guest requests and assigned tasks. Duties include; stripping beds, clear trash, replenish ice, and sweep porches. Perform detailing and cleaning of public areas and structures, lead yoga classes, lead crafts, assist with mule-rides, archery, instruction, pickle ball and guided hikes. Service tables, perform set up, replenish, and clean up. Event set up, serving cleaning, AV equipment etc. Understand and proficiently use Point of Sales system.

Experience/Requirements


While performing duties the employee will be at an altitude of greater than 9,000 feet, which the employee will have to acclimate to daily.
While performing the duties the employee is required to stand, walk talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
