Pay Rate: $6.50/hour and tips (average $16 per hour)
Min Contract length: 12 months



Description:


Mixes and serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar by performing the following duties.

Essential function:


Takes orders from customers or bar waiter/waitress. Mixes ingredients, prepares cocktails, serve wine and beer and other drinks. Orders or requisitions liquor and supplies. Arranges bottles and glasses, replenishes bar, follows and abides by hotel policies and procedures. Maintains general appearance of premises. Set up and close down of the bar. Completes orders for waitresses. serves customers at the bar and issues cash tickets at the beginning of the shift. Set up reservations as required, must know and enforce room policies. Knowledge of state liquor laws and the enforcement of them.

Experience/Requirements.


Must be 21 years of age.
While performing the duties the employee is required to stand, walk talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
