Where you'll stay
Whilst your horsemanship lessons and meals are provided at the homestead, your cabin accommodation is a quick 3 minute walk next door at a historical and idyllic location.
It is located on a very peaceful and idyllic piece of land that has many short native forest bush walks, crystal clear streams and pools stocked full of trout.
The cabins themselves are dorm style and are basic, clean, tidy and peaceful. There are three twin share cabins and a communal lounge, toilet/bathroom and kitchen. Sit outside and soak in the peaceful setting and listen to the native birds sing including the gorgeous song of the Tui.
Clothes washing facilities are available at the homestead as are internet and/or wireless.
Awaken each day to the sounds of some of New Zealand’s beautiful native forest including the chatter of native birds and the flow of the crystal clear streams and finish each day tired from a full day's activities, having experienced the day riding and having fun with your horse as well as getting out and seeing the local sites and people. It is a peaceful location which you will have wonderful night’s sleep ready for the next day’s adventure.
